The selloff initiation started last Friday, November 29th, but stopped just short of a 3% selloff. There was some promise of more selling (initial target 2978.89) except for last Wednesday’s, December 4th price rebound. That brought the SPX above the 3100 level, which neutralized the short term TDST Support levels. Although the daily SPX (S&P 500) could be recycling higher, the 2 day and 3 day SPX are in price exhaustion territory and the weekly SPX will enter price exhaustion territory this week where it can record a TD Sell Setup @8 this week and a TD Sell Setup @9 the following week. For the timing perspective, the daily SPX recorded a bullish price flip from last Friday’s jobs number, December 6, 2019, and another TD Sell Setup @9 can be achieved on December 18th, three days after the China/US tariff deadline. Summing everything up, the bullish perspective before the next reversal should have a price peak on December 18th and ideally below 3177.52, the TD Risk level for the 2 day SPX. Problems with this bullish perspective begins if the SPX cannot hold 3109.74, the 30 min TDST Support.

SPX - 30m
